Last Friday John and I picked up my new TV, but its feet were too difficult to attach, so this week we’ll be back at London Drugs. On Saturday Elisabeth and I took in the World cup football match between Belgium and England with the Belgians taking the third position in this playoff. On Sunday France took first, relegating Croatia to second.
That one I did not see, as I was at the Palliser where Mariana and I made up the audience. Good talk though by Herman about ‘A Possible Dream’, which spoke to me directly as I am so involved with formulating my ‘World Belief’ essay and talk. Sunday evening Michelle and I went for our summer outdoors dinner, this time at the Selkirk Restaurant at Heritage pre-park.

This past weekend I was also busy with me Shaw web mail problem. My solution is to transfer all my contacts from Shaw’s contact list and leave it empty. Some contacts I transferred to Excel and discovered that from the spread sheet I can send mail through the Window’s 10 Mail application, using outlook.com as service. I now have to complete this set up for about 72 contacts. This way I can leave my Shaw email service active for people who want to contact me, but there I have work to do in cleaning up the old received mails that I keep around.
This morning John and I had an early coffee and I told him that I cannot get my email password to change even though a select a new one in ‘my.shaw.ca’. “Their password system is broken” he replied. Coffee time at 10:22am.
