This morning I arose at around 7:45am and with my meditation an almost instruction like awareness as follows: ‘Make an explicit formulation of Existence Divine’. I knew right away that this referred to the pages twelve (12) to nineteen (19) of my yellow ‘Desk-Tech’ notebook in which I made some notes since 2011-12-07. [None for 2012, but some this January, page 5-plus.]
"Make an explicit formulation of Existence Divine"
Yesterday’s notes were intended for my talk ‘My Belief so far’, but now will take on greater import with this morning’s urging to make this explicit formulation. The latter makes clear that ‘My Belief so far’ is not just that, but also and more so, a formulation of what ‘Existence Divine’ is about in a definitive and explicit way.
A note from my daily entry postings of yesterday. There were four from this month and one dated ‘2012-03-20’ would you believe! I discovered this one by ‘accident’ in the wps file format in the 2012 document listings on this computer, the Toshiba Satellite. It was left without a description which I completed and then converted to txt to send to my desktop via email.
The fascinating part of this was that it had no diary section for the daily entry, but only writings. Its title was ‘Existence as a Mystery’ and makes an interesting read. This fits right in with my talks’ topic because ‘Existence Divine’ is a mystery in which we come to an understanding of it. This concept is at the basis of my belief so far.
You call this an coincidence that I discovered this left behind entry from almost a year ago. To me it looks like a synchronistic one - a meaningful coincidence as Jung defined that - , because I would not have known about it, if it had been listed among the other ca 130 Daily Entries for 2012 as it ‘should‘ have been and I would not have gone back to look!
Yesterday I checked my PHP image scaling routines and the now work without timing out. I fixed this by increasing the time to about 600 seconds in the PHP-ini file’s resource limits section. This required a computer restart for such a change to take effect.
This routines resize a given original image size to a height of 400px, 80px and 25px for the display, thumbnail and tiny sizes respectively. It must be run in my local Apache server, because PHP routines do not run in the browser unless you use local host or the 127.0.0.1 ip-address which are interchangeable, except that I can never get the string ‘localhost’ to work for me.
So, I’m now all set to finish the 2012 review for May to December and send it to my circle of family and friends. But first some coffee and a start on this ‘explicit formulation’, but under the ‘Writings‘ header.
