Yesterday was a day of rest for most of it. I did get its diary posted and also beefed up my tentative essay outline with the rough content pieces that I wrote last week. In the evening I joined our class with Herman, with the five regulars attending.
Herman had some very personal experiences to relate, using them to illustrate the power of suggestion in the field of healing. This all under the class’ title “Making a Difference”, the third class of five in the series called “The Power of Passion”; next week’s topic is "Spirituality".
The henna figure Sabita made in the palm of my hand at Diwali, looks like a little flying Diva with long ears, smoking a pipe and holding a wand in front of itself! What a clever technique, when I saw the first application Sabita made, it looked like that much scribbling! Well done Sabita and thanks; it’s fun!
My plan for writing is to spend time on my essay on Belief Framework. The main structure for now is: Preamble, Introduction, Existence Divine, The Human Position, Mechanisms and Process, References. To this a conclusion needs to be added at least and I’m considering an afterward as an explanation or justification.
My aim for the next few days is to rework the rough content sections and to interconnect the various parts providing cohesion to the essay as a whole. I can sense right now that a clear thesis statement will be a valuable guiding light in this process. What am I trying to say? This is the question to answer!
It’s 9:36am and here I go.
