Diary: Tea for two groceries notes and sorting:

~~Shirley and I tea’d pleasantly for two hours, I stocked up on groceries, wrote some notes and sorted out old memory items.~~

Yesterday Shirley and I had a two hour tea at ‘Savour’ out in the sun on the side walk. She had a nice and appropriate late birthday card for me, while I gave her one of my small pocket agendas - the red one - with a little Dutch ‘dikke Zoen’ card. As Shirley said in the card we have a friendship of long standing and a much valued one, which both of us know.

As Shirley said in the card we have a friendship of long standing and a much valued one, which both of us know.

I made my two trips to the grocery store for my monthly restocking, made some notes on an early morning insight - see below - and late in the evening spent an hour sorting through memorabilia. Progress here is slow, but ‘steady as she goes’ and that is the secret.

Having started sorting with the oldest and long avoided collection turned out to be the right move. This after trying for more than six years! But, not without reason, because even now the emotions are strong after eleven years of the parting that October in 2003.

Writings: Acquired conscious abilities:

~~I make a case for human ability to acquire new conscious awareness through effort and focus.~~

In the run of the evening I made a few notes on my early morning insight about combining the integration of emotions over one’s lifetime, with the aspect of increasing one conscious recall abilities across life times. These two, then in turn form an aspect and instance of continuous consciousness within the continuous existence of Existence Divine.

This ability to make such recalls of past life times is present for some people; see ‘Old Souls’ by and also . This ability can be expanded upon through training and exercise, in a manner the talent of an artistic person or some other ‘natural talent’ is developed.

Such a process of emotion integration slowly moves back the boundary wall of suppressed memories and emotions that…

The ability to concentrate and to direct your attention, is learned during the long hours human children spend in the schools’ ‘seats of learning’! Much of our conscious abilities are learned and not just given like the instinct for a cat is a given. On the contrary, modern consciousness is acquired through learning and passed on by means of teaching, through humanity’s history.

And so, I take it that this ability to recall some of one’s past life experience can be acquired through learning. The process here is the learning to assimilate one’s emotions in this present life time to an integrated state, where the dark places have become used to the exposure of conscious awareness.

Such a process of emotion integration slowly moves back the boundary wall of suppressed memories and emotions that could threaten one’s ability to function in one’s daily life. This moving back of that recall boundary will eventually allow for the recall of the most emotional experiences of some past life time, which will not necessarily be the most recent one.

It is in this setting that my sorting out of the memorabilia acquires a whole new aspect, providing me with a testable process and out come, as I assimilate this life memories and emotions, while doing the reported sorting of memory items that go back fifteen years and more at times.
