Late today as I awoke at nine am! I had quite a restless sleep, which may be related to the content of Herman’s recorded lesson one of the Wednesday evening course. Herman presented some very personal and profound ideas, which made me confront my own held beliefs.

I too am not finished with my own conviction, but am striving towards an integrated formulation. I think this is what kept my occupied subconsciously, while sleeping.

Yesterday I did sorting of some unexpected piles and I did clean my big bedroom table in part, as well as the dresser top. From it I recovered some misplaced notes on two of my past talks titled ‘My Belief’. How appropriate considering my remarks in the paragraph above on beliefs! I also marked up about six daily entries from last summer, along with yesterday’s entry. I need to do about seven more to be caught up entirely.

Today I’m meeting my physio man again, but progress is slow with my leg muscles. After that I’ll meet with John since Juliet cancelled out last night. I’ll phone Don later for a coffee in the next few days. Tonight I’ll attend Herman’s course session two on ‘Cosmic Consciousness’.

The weather is very nice for next few days. Nature is handing us a compensation for the rough snow treatment of this past summer, which I avoided by being in Holland! I want to keep the entry short for today, so this is the end.
