I got up at seven am and it took one hour and three quarters of another hour before I was ready to start on this daily entry. This time includes at least half an hour for exercise, besides time for a shower, breakfast and coffee, as I keep reminding myself, I am retired!
Last night’s closing course session with Herman was amicable, with his relating how he became involved in the New Thought life philosophy. Quite a personal story and though I knew many of the fragments, this overview had a settled and comprehensive tone to it. The winter course will be on ten more mystics.

Yesterday’s afternoon planned activities unfolded as planned, with my walking both ways to and from downtown. I did pick up the Massey lecture by Adrienne Clarkson titled “Belonging”, which I suspect will be a surprising read.
My writing of yesterday became a quite satisfactory formulation for my talk on Tolerance, still giving me a surprisingly elevated feeling. It is one of having made an important accomplishment, but with a yet to be realised potential. Suspense full! No? It is to me!
