Last day of the week and last entry for the month! Is this a meaningful coincidence? It certainly is a significant one in that this means payday, even for my as a pensioner! Next year we will have one extra day in February for the same money, but that is still better than any of the other months.
Today I have some library items due and intent to make a call to Rene, who is working on going home soon. I also have to buy some milk, which I had intended to do yesterday, while shopping for Juliet. I visited her in the aft and for dinner later on, before which she dictated a few more pages of her ‘My Story’, which I then typed into her computer.
Today I intend to write some more on my own story called ‘Our Reality Movie’ and to complete my studies of Grube’s ‘Maya’ for the last remaining miscellaneous items. Then it will be time to line up the studied material to make a narrative for my talk March 15 talk titled ‘Maya Guidance’.
he emerging theme for it is that the Maya show us how to survive and maintain identity over centuries of persecution and adversity. The submerged conviction held in the Americas is that the Indigenous Americans will somehow disappear given time, but those days are over.
If we value bio-diversity so much, who not human diversity!
Indigenous peoples on our planet represent humanity’s roots and can teach us much about ourselves. These nations assert themselves today by means of modern electronic communications. Their contributions are a valuable addition to humanity’s diversity. If we value bio-diversity so much, who not human diversity! After all, we do have biological bodies!
9:13am; shopping break and that is it at 5:45pm~
