I have reached the letter Q in entering addresses in my Excel file. I have no que’s! There may be some R’s, with the many S’s and V’s waiting to be tackled! My aim is to reach the Z tomorrow, with email addresses to be added later.
I reached that Q yesterday afternoon before I went off to meet Juliet, who had given me a long shopping list which added up to 86$$ and six bags. I used the service checkout since I did not want to do all this work myself.
Once at Juliet’s she had a card and two ties as a birthday present for me. Nice ties from Pakistan, which will give me incentive to wear a dress shirt and possibly a jacket even! Thanks Juliet:-)!
Next we got busy making preparations for dinner, which started off with getting the roast oven ready and submitted. We then chatted for a while, I relating my birthday and family events and Juliet relating hers. However, upon inspection, the oven was just warm and nothing was really cooking, hence the pot was promoted to the main stove top element and put on high.
The potatoes, carrots and broccoli were prepared for pot entry later on, in which the roast was now making its way to edible tenderness.
Preparation for the salad followed, which consisted of washing and/or cutting up items like cucumbers, pears, lettuce, oranges and berries and much chatting as we went. The potatoes, carrots and broccoli were prepared for pot entry later on, in which the roast was now making its way to edible tenderness.
It was 6:30pm when we set down with great expectation and hungry for our well prepared meal, which lived up to all of the mentioned expectations. No computer transcription took place, but Juliet did read me some of her written pages of her ‘My Story’.
It was about 8-pm by the time I descended into the driver’s seat of my car and headed home, where I marked up the day’s entry and posted it on my website. This was followed with by watching a part of the CBC’s National and an early check in for the night.
