Diary: Missed writings and the courts workings:

~~Yesterday’s long diary pre-empts my writings and I comment on Mansbridge’s interview of Ghomeshi’s lawyer.~~

I did not do the ‘Writings’ I’d intended to do yesterday, but today should see some of that intended ‘fruit of my thoughts’! I did not do much after my diary, but went out for a paper. Lunch followed by a snooze and later my evening meal, some net browsing of news sites. This was followed by marking up my Daily Entry for web posting after the CBC National of nine pm.

On this particular newscast Peter Mansbridge had a face to face interview with Marie Nenein, Ghomeshi’s defense lawyer. I felt it was a helpful interview in that it explained the workings and presumptions of the justice system and fundamentals of the innocence presumption of the accused.

The claimed lack of consent by the accusers in this case was thrown into doubt in the court process and hence the defence’s claim of consent stood.

This means that when you do accuse, you must be prepared to substantiate such without being open to reasonable doubt. The claimed lack of consent by the accusers in this case was thrown into doubt in the court process and hence the defence’s claim of consent stood. The whole process leaves both accused and accusers diminished in the court of public opinion, while the media made lots of money from all the public interest in the case.

Writings: Constructism outlined:

~~A transcription of late night notes on my idea of ‘Constructism’ as a guide passed Postmodernism follow below.~~

Pencil notes dated: 2016-03-28; 10:25pm, Easter Monday.
Recent ideas (This week and past.):
Constructor - a person practicing/ making constructs. Construct - not construction -; [Added from OED: construct: make by fitting things, parts together; form something abstract; a thing constructed especially by the mind

Constructism 1):
To construct a framework of belief moving on past and from post-modernism and de-construction in recognition that the human experience needs to be framed by ourselves.

They [narratives] are our cultural ‘gene-pool’ that needs to be maintained and developed, not discarded - hence: Constructism.

Secondly - the handed down mythologies - big stories or narratives cannot be discarded without first understanding their functionality over time. They are our cultural ‘gene-pool’ that needs to be maintained and developed, not discarded - hence: Constructism.

A construct is ‘Existence Divine’ in that it accommodates/ gives a place to all handed down Narratives - Each such narrative is also a construct - cultural at least, but also religious - i.e. placing humans in the cosmos and connecting to it.

A process that needs acknowledgement is:
to become, of becoming conscious, conscious
We humans need to recognise the process of our own evolution and a major component of this is the process, the acquiring of conscious awareness, which is still ongoing.

to become, of becoming conscious, conscious

Current boundary condition 2):
[Such as:] Diversity of tradition that needs to be accommodated. Bio-diversity [and of language] is desirable, so is cultural diversity. This is our Modern challenge and it needs study, understanding and work - teaching, practical enforcement. Being aware of our modern situation and responsibility form executing it properly.

The functionality of today’s terrorism is that it questions and calls a halt to development and State conduct as such, as it is applied today. I.e - Things have to change - the terrorists don’t know how and where, but they do know that things must change to include all that is being ignored at present.

Terrorism today is not an apparition, but is the fruit and outcome of failed policy and adhered to value systems.

Terrorism today is not an apparition, but is the fruit and outcome of failed policy and adhered to value systems. We need to restructure globally to continue and develop.
<11:00pm. End of 2016-03-28 pencil notes.

End Notes:
1) There was an art movement ‘Constructism’ (ca. 1900) to which the Dutch ‘De Stijl’ and "Bauhaus" - GE, is associated.
2) A boundary condition is encountered when we reach the end of what we know.
