Yesterday was a busy day! At 8:30am I was in Ken’s dentist recliner, where I remained for one hour and a half, while Ken worked his tooth and molar magic, for a price that is. But, I need all the teeth I can hang onto, so I pay the teeth’s skill full and considerate piper. Thanks Ken for your skilful actions so far. The fix is temporary he said!
Once home I had my lunch at noon followed by a good snooze. Then John stopped by for a quick coffee till three pm at which we parted to go our ways. I was off to visit Juliet for our weekly get together of transcription, dinner and socialising.
In anticipation of this event Juliet already gave me the promised Prayer rug.
Juliet is approaching the last scenes of what she intends to be her story. In anticipation of this event Juliet already gave me the promised Prayer rug. Juliet let me choose between two very different designs and I choose the Persian type theme of gold coloured flowers on a dark red-brown background. The other was of the stark Arabic geometric type design, which is more typical, but less appealing to me. So, my deep and sincere thanks Juliet for your generous and unique gift. Many hugs and kisses.
Once home after a tasty curry chicken dinner, which Juliet’s daughter had prepared, I did some web work completing my CLEC Audio Presentation table. That is now complete with all my forty one (41) talks listed with its various HTLM markup errors corrected. I had used a closing tag , where the dt should have been td! Only the first entry was correct and I had to examine over forty lines to catch this error at its various places. All done now.
I can just feel a little Christmas Holiday project peaking in between other planned activities!
However, I’m not done yet, because this table is just in my assembly folder and now needs to be prepared for posting on my website! I can just feel a little Christmas Holiday project peaking in between other planned activities! It was one am this morning early, before I finally his the sack. This has not happened for over a year, but I feel good about having this now finally completed.
