Diary: Activity potpourri:

~~Events from last Thursday through this Sunday make up the line up for today’s diary.~~

Last Friday I made a start with “My Apostolic View”, which I filed in the Essay folder on my computer. And, what is more, I have now a definite notion to pursue this attempt where so many previous ones have been short lived.

Today is my friend Gabriella’s birthday, of which her hubby Thomas reminded me yesterday as we met at the Palliser. There after Herman’s presentation, I became aware that several of us had visited Ken who is recovering from a stroke. We signed a card for him and I may try to see Ken later this week. After supper Michelle called suggesting a walk, which was colder than we expected, but we warmed up over a coffee at Purple Perk chatting about Japan and politics until about 11pm.

On Friday I had coffee with John, which is so convenient right now that he is half a block away.

Later that day I circled by Good Earth and Memorial Library in a quest to locate my lost stylish ‘frumpily’ bag. No such luck. On the way home I picked up my repaired shoe (20$), which had a broken sole, although it was not that old and even of Clark fame .

This aft Jack and I will have our monthly coffee and I should mention that last Thursday Don and I met again at the old Kingsland now McLeod market. We had not been there on account of the winter weather, but with Spring’s arrival we will meet there more often.

Writings: My Apostolic View:

~~I explain the rational behind this present essay attempt to formulate my views.~~

I am actively working on the mentioned essay “My Apostolic View”, but I won’t elaborate on it here, as that would disperse my efforts too much. I do feel that this is my ‘do or die’ attempt, as I have given similar essays, such as ‘My Message’ my efforts earlier, only to have my motivations dissipate after the initial starts. It feels to me that those previous short lived attempts now motivate me to persist this time around. And I may add that I explain that aspect right at the start of my present mentioned essay! <9:08am~
