Yesterday I did call Juliet, but a visit was not suitable as our communications are a bit strained right now. Instead, I went to visit Ken, who had a stroke a few weeks ago. Once I found him in the Fanning Center we had barely started, when his wife Trudy joined us. This helped me a lot, as she explained that Ken is able to understand most of what you say, but has trouble forming related words in response. This has improved a lot Trudy said and is expected to continue.

We went to visit the roof garden, where Ken showed us the flowers in the little green house. We then chatted for a while behind the glass, as we looked southward over the Calgary. Ken's comprehension is very good of what goes on around him. When I said that I was going to leave, he wanted to see me to the exit. This he does for all his visitors Trudy explained. Once at the exit Ken surprised me by getting up to stand and to give me a big thank you hug. I then said goodbye to them both, promising to be back.

At Savour I noted that I will look for a natural structure in my ideas about Existence Divine and not follow my ‘Bound Journey’ as a guide.

Once home it was almost half past three having been away for more than two hours. A little snooze was in order, which was followed with meal preparations. After supper at around 7:30pm I phoned Juliet’s daughter informing her of my difficult communication with Juliet and that I will not call or visit at least for now. We agreed that I would copy Juliet’s email account on the emails I send to the niece who is editing and publishing ‘My Story’.

Yesterday morning at Savour I had a morning coffee and made some notes on page 155/6 of my ‘Silk road’ notebook. There I noted that I will look for a natural structure in my ideas about Existence Divine and not follow my ‘Bound Journey’ as a guide. Diversity will be my starting basis as this is evident all across the planet within humanity and existence as such.
